This page explains what data BZ Dev Works collects, why, and how it's handled. This site is run by One Goal Innovation.
BZ Dev Works does not use tracking cookies, does not run third-party analytics, does not build advertising profiles, and does not sell or share visitor data with anyone. There are no user accounts and nothing is stored about you simply for browsing the site.
If you use the contact form, the information you submit — name, email address, subject, and message — is processed via Resend, a third-party email-delivery service, through a server-side function that sends it to our inbox. We don't use it for marketing and don't add you to any mailing list. The message is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Repository details shown on this site (license, last update, and similar metadata) reflect our public GitHub repositories. This is public information about the projects themselves, not about site visitors, and no visitor data is sent to GitHub as part of displaying it.
This site links to external services, including GitHub and Resend. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we'd encourage you to review — we're not responsible for how they handle data once you leave this site.
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your message, and according to Resend's own retention practices. We don't keep a separate database of enquiries.
This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If what this site collects or how it's handled changes — for example, if analytics are added later — this page will be updated and the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
Questions about this policy or a request to have contact-form data deleted can be sent to hello@bzdevworks.dev.
